Our production site has obtained the label FSSC 22000 guaranteeing quality and food safety. A HACCP process has been put in place to ensure a very high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
Our water is softened, osmosed and then treated with UV in order to have crystalline transparency and kill all bacteria. It is also microbiologically controlled every 3 months in the laboratory.
